Return/Exchange/Refund (RER) Policy

This crate comes with our 60 day RER policy starting from the date of product delivery to the customer. If you are dissatisfied with your product, we would like to make it right. Please inform us by email at epiccratesus@gmail.com and send us your:

  • name
  • billing address
  • order number
  • reason for return
  • whether you would like a refund or exchange

We will then email you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form for you to print and include with your package. Your package must include BOTH the product you purchased, and the RMA form we emailed for you to print. *If one of these items is missing in your package, the RER process may be delayed.

Once your package is received and processed, an exchange will be sent OR a refund will be issued. Please allow 2-3 business days for refunds to be credited back to the card you used for your order.

Epic Crates phone and tablet crates go through an extensive quality control process before being shipped to customers. Defective products CAN be exchanged or refunded. If the status of a returned crate(s) raises suspicion to intentional misuse or mishandling of our product(s) – an exchange or refund will NOT be granted.
